I provide consultancy to small and large organisations and give attention across functions in enterprises and supply chains to improve performance, increase value and execute best practice of processes and systems.  Business systems, operations, strategic partnerships and value driven procurement are some of the basic factors often addressed.  This is by no means an exhaustive lists and services are dependant to the requirements of the task at hand.
I provide personal support, mentor and coaching to support, guide and motivate individuals to gain clarity, develop skills, and successfully strike personal and business goals, with qualified and practical solutions.  I work with leaders, executives, management and staff at all levels within organisations and established groups.

I also provide one to one support and counselling to overcome challenges and drive people towards the achievement of their goals. And I also work in groups and promote leadership and group development.

The aim is to drive performance to deliver the best results possible in systems, processes and people.
My formal qualifications include a post graduation and professional membership. I am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS), and have a Masters in Supply Chain and Logistics Management  (MSc, SCLM), combined Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies, with Bachelor of Science in Pycho-Social Studies and a major in Human Resources Management (BA/BSc with Honours).

I have worked in the Private, Public and Charitable sectors for both small and large organisations, at local and national levels mainly in United Kingdom.  I have gained significant change management, project management, strategic planning and implementation experience working in national organisations and corporations.  Please see a brief outline of my past experience listed below.

My specialist field is change and efficiency of systems and processes and people.  I also specialise in monitoring psycho-social developments in business and society within nations and internationally.
